Why we exist
We believed there had to be a better way.
Connect-Abilities was founded because we believed people with
disabilities deserved better services, the professionals serving
them deserved better pay and treatment, and the overall service
system could be improved.
After years of working in larger organizations, we saw too many
individuals treated as numbers rather than people with goals,
talents, and dreams. We also saw hardworking, caring professionals
leave the field because their work was undervalued.

Supporting communities across Indiana
Vocational Rehabilitation
Available in Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, Jefferson, Orange,
Switzerland, Bartholomew, Jackson, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion,
and Hamilton Counties. Services may also be available in
neighboring counties upon request.
Medicaid Waiver Services
Available in Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, and Jefferson Counties.
